Call 0333 360 8691Yes, if the board has a spare way and the cable is sized for the load and the distance. A garden office with heating and a computer usually needs its own circuit, protected by an RCBO and run in armoured cable or suitable conduit. We can leave the way free when we fit the board, ready for that circuit to be connected, tested and certified.
Only as a short term measure. Leads left out in the weather degrade, are easily damaged by mowers and strimmers, and are not made to carry a heater or power tools for hours on end. A permanent supply on its own protected circuit is far safer. We will point out any lead arrangement during the inspection and explain what a proper supply would involve.
Allow 4 to 6 hours for most board changes from start to finish, though the supply is off for only part of that. We test the old installation first, swap the board, then test every circuit on the new one. We tell you before the power goes off so you can save any work, and a freezer kept shut will stay cold.
