We tell you before we isolate, so you can save your work, run the freezer down a little and switch off anything sensitive. Call 0333 360 8691Someone needs to let us in, show us the board and be there at the end so we can talk through the results and the new board. In between, many people carry on with their day. We will need access to every room, as testing covers sockets and lights throughout the house.
A well filled freezer that stays closed should keep food frozen for the few hours the supply is off. Keep the doors shut, and if you are worried, run stocks down a little beforehand. We switch the circuit feeding the fridge and freezer back on as early as testing allows.
Yes. If your board is in an awkward spot, such as high in a cupboard or behind a door, it can be moved during the replacement for an extra £250. A relocation on its own, without a new board, is £395. We agree the new position with you before starting.
