From photos of the meters and both boards we can explain whether the off-peak circuits need a new board of their own or can share an enclosure with a separately fed section, and each option gets its own fixed price.
It can be either. Old storage heaters can develop element or insulation faults that trip an RCD, while worn fuse holders and loose connections cause trouble at the board end.
