Many treatment plants have a warning light or alarm, and putting the plant on its own RCBO makes a nuisance trip far less likely and much easier to spot. We label that way clearly so anyone in the house can find and reset it.
Often it can, if it is the right type, buried or fixed properly and tests well. Ordinary indoor cable run outside, or cable clipped loosely along a fence, usually is not suitable. We check what feeds each outbuilding and tell you before quoting whether it can stay or needs replacing.
